Early Payment Discounts and Payment Policy

The Early Bird Discount is 5% on EMP and EMP Gold course registrations, and 10% on individual module registrations, for payment received by October 23rd. This discount is not available in conjunction with any other discounts.

Payment is due in full at the time of registration and includes refreshments and course reference materials.

• Due to limited conference space we advise early registration to avoid disappointment.
• Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received.
• Admission to the event will be refused if payment has not been received.
• Payment may be by credit card or EFT. EFT details are provided on the registration form.
• All fees are net. No taxes additional will be charged
• Course fees include the costs of testing, evaluation of assignments, and certification, where relevant.




Cancellation, Postponement and Substitution Policy




• Provided that the fee has been paid in full, substitutions can be made at no extra charge.
• You may substitute participants at any time.
• Britefire does not provide refunds for cancellations less than 11 days prior to commencement.
• Cancellation 5 days or less prior to course start - Full payment will be held as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellation 10 - 6 days prior to course day - 50% of payment will be held as a cancellation fee.
• Britefire is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event. Britefire shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event an event is cancelled, rescheduled, or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference impractical or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, natural disaster, trade or industrial disputes, sabotage, terrorism, hostilities, extreme weather or other emergency.
• Please note that circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellation of specific trainers, speakers, and course or seminar details. Britefire reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event, to change the location of an event or to alter the advertised speakers for an event. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on the website as soon as possible.
